Founded in 1991, Bronte College of Canada is a boarding school situated on a quiet campus conducive to learning, secluded within a large urban metropolis. The College is located in the centre of Mississauga, within the Greater Toronto Area.

Mississauga is a thriving city of over 500,000 located on the shores of Lake Ontario. It has excellent public transit and highway systems, providing easy access to downtown Toronto and Pearson International Airport. The College is close to shopping, parks, sports arenas, and libraries. Mississauga is within commuting distance of four international centres of research and learning: the University of Toronto, York University, McMaster University, and Ryerson Polytechnic University.

The Greater Toronto Area is one of the cultural and financial centres of Canada and the nation's largest city. It offers a world-class selection of cultural and recreational opportunities including the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, Roy Thomson Hall, the Hummingbird Centre (live theatre), the Ontario Science Centre, the CN Tower, the Eaton Centre and restaurants of every style and international flavour. Toronto is a multicultural city with a diverse mix of nationalities and ethnic neighbourhoods, all in a safe and tolerant environment.

Bronte College offers academic high school courses from Grades 9 to 12 (pre-university), an English as a Second Language (ESL) Immersion Program (credit courses), and a University Credit Transfer Advanced Placement Program (AP). Recently, Bronte College is proud to offer accredited university courses in conjunction with American universities through the Bronte University Credits (BUC) Program. Bronte also offers a 3-week Summer Camp program (July & August).

Bronte's tri-semester program (plus a summer school in July and August) allows high school students to accumulate up to 11 courses per year. By taking the right combination of courses, students can complete the high school program in three years, and the 12U program in as few as two semesters, depending on their educational backgrounds.
