One of the most critical aspects of our work is to determine the right "fit" between our client and the candidate. We work diligently to ensure that those presented for client interview are only those who demonstrate the best potential.
We spend whatever time is necessary up front to ensure we have an appropriate and accurate understanding of our Client's needs. This understanding is communicated back in written form to ensure that the skill set required is what every shortlisted candidate possesses. Thorough interview notes and impressions are also provided to educate the client as to each shorlisted candidates strengths, constructive areas of development and any personal information the candidate has supplied.
Once chosen for serious consideration by a client, the background of each candidate is discreetly referenced to ensure the accuracy of qualifications and experience that they have claimed.
This work is handled directly by qualified staff and reported to the Client to qualify and support all hiring decisions.
